I didn't receive an email with my account information.
- Please check your inbox for an email from support@clearviewsoft.com with the subject line 'Click2Track Account Created'. If you cannot find it, look in your spam/junk folder.

I'm entering the correct information on the login screen, but I still can't sign in.
- If you are a transportation provider, make sure you select 'Provider' from the login type dropdown.
- Make sure that you are entering your username and password correctly.

I don't remember my username or password.
- Select the forgot password link on the log in screen and enter your information to receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Where do I download the driver app?
- To download the driver app on your mobile device, search "Click2Track Driver" on the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. More info about the driver app can be found here

How do I log in to the driver app?
- To log in to the driver app, you must enter the driver ID, company code, and vehicle code
- The driver ID is the reference number of the driver as entered on the drivers screen
- The owner code is the same company code you use to login to the Click2Track Portal
- The vehicle code is the license plate of the vehicle as entered on the vehicles screen
- To log in to the driver app, you must enter the driver ID, company code, and vehicle code

- After making sure that your drivers are added on the drivers screen, you can dispatch a trip by following these instructions

How do I create a trip?
- If you are a transportation provider for MediDrive, there is no need to enter trips manually. All trips are sent to you automatically via the Clearview-MediDrive API integration. If you are experiencing any issues receiving trips, please contact us at support@clearviewsoft.com

I can't find my trips. What do I do?
- You may search for trips using the filters at the top of the Trips screen. Enter any criteria you'd like to search for and then click on the Find button to filter the results.

How do I export my trips?
- To export an XLSX spreadsheet of your trips, navigate to the Trips screen and click on the orange up arrow icon on the top right of the screen.
